Yeah, I love this application too

I think this is a bigger problem with high resolution screens and however this app was coded way back when. You might either 1. decrease your screen resolution (which is annoying, I agree) 2. (assuming you are using a Windows OS) Right-click on the program's executable file and select "properties", then select "compatibility" and "change high DPI settings" - some of the settings within this dialog box might be useful. 3. (assuming you are using a Windows OS) go to control panel -> Display -> scale...
