Please i really need help from someone. I have installed the software and I am using it. I really like it. However, I am having one challenge. The language keep switching from English to French. How can I make the language stay at English?

Please how can i add additional field or labels to a page. e.g i want to add the activity code to the Lab profile test setup in the picture i have uploaded or can someone help me on how to cost the laboratory profile test so the name that appears on the receipt will be the profile name and not the various tests involved in the profile.
