Nobody can open the 7-zip file. I tried it on my end and it wouldn't open for me either. There is no prompt to extract it, and no prompt to enter the password. This is the main function of 7-zip, and it is not working.

Zipped folders cannot be opened by recipients

Mine won't work either. Every time I've sent files using 7zip, the recipient cannot open them.
