    hi, is there any possibility to assign some projects to a user at the same time? I only can see the possibility to do that entering to each project individualy and after that adding the user as a new member, from project list , editing a project and using the project members option to add a new one to the project. The idea is to be able of doing that but from the user point of view , I mean when I'm creating a user have the option to assign him/her to some projects at the same time. ex. I can do...

    As you can see I already have the package installed But the only thing I can see related to this addon is this portlet (once I open a project, not in the home page) The program doesn’t detect tasks associated to the project (and as you can see there are 2 tasks created) and the timesheet interval portlet options are always disabled and I’m searching in the system how to activate it but I can’t find the solution. Does anybody have this addon working?

    no, that's not the problem. Both are independent portlets.

    Hi Frank, Is it necessary to uninstall previously the package intranet-timesheet2? I've installed intranet-timesheet2-interval in my test environment but the page intranet-timesheet2/hours/index continue being the same, that is, only the possibility to insert the number of hours per project but not the interval.     Sorry I think that I explained my need too bad. Really I wnated to know if it is possible to register intervals of hours for tasks In my example it should be: From 8 to 10 - meeting From 10 to 12 - project1 tasks From 13 to14 - lunch From 14 to16 - project2 task From 16 to 17 - email the program allows the number of hours reported to a task but not when were used those hours meeting 2h : current version meeting 8 to 10 : ¿? --> this is what I need I dont' want to register 2 hours for a task i want...

    Hi, Is it possible to register the hours per day using a time zone? For example JUN 16 2020 8: 10 - meeting 10:12 - project1 tasks 13:14 - lunch 14:16 - project2 task 16:17 - email The timesheet only allows to report hours but not report these hours by timezone Thanks JAC

    ok, perfect! I uninstall the package because we don't need to approve the registered hours. One more question , if I have defined into the parameters 40 hours per week, is there any possibility into the hours timesheet of not allowing users to register more that 40 hours per week? now they can register undefined hours. Maybe exists any parameter for doing that? I don't find nothing about this Thaks for your help JAC

    Hi, is there any possibility of "reset" the hours registered for a task once they have been confirmed? If one user registers hours for a task for a day and confirm those hours then he/she cannot insert again hours for the same task if previously he/she registered the hours by error (See the attached) The interrogation indicates that the hours were blocked by TS approval workflow :( and I would like to know how to change that for allowing registered again the hours.     Hi, I would like to see the weekly report like the image attached Timesheet Weekly View (if possible) , I mean when the supervisors or project managers approve the weekly hours, the approved hours should appear in green colour and if the hours are not approved in grey. Inside my timesheet calendary appear in green as you can see into the other image attached and in my weekly report the hours continue in grey and they are approved (file Timesheet Weekly View-JAC.PNG).     I approved the week hours but the weekly report timesheet doesn't show the hours in green. It continues in grey. I notice that in the hours submitted still appears the message of the subject but if I see the timesheet the hours appears in green. My problem is only with the report. Could you tell how can I have the approved hours updtaed too into the weeky report? Thank you!
