This issue reoccurred on my latest install of Eclipse and e-p-i-c plugin Eclipse 2021-06 and plugin version 0.7.x I was given (by my employer) a new laptop. I installed identical s/w on my new that was on my previous (Strawberry Perl, Eclipse and plugin).
