I use the Windows 8.1 Clipboard to copy and paste "Pages," and also hyperlinks within the text in Onenote, and everything remains intact. Will this app do the same? Thank you.

Thank you for the ideas. I will try them out. In the meantime I found a solution for getting to my jump list by pressing a single key. The Escape key takes you to the Root node. From the Root node, you create the First Level of nodes as siblings. Each of these nodes will become a link to a main section of your map, so you name them accordingly. You then select this first level of nodes and create a Summary node. Off of the summary node you create another level of Sibling nodes, corresponding to the...

Just wondering... when I open a previously saved map in a freshly installed version of Freeplane, will all of my 1) Styles and their associated Keyboard Shortcuts, and 2) Preferences, be saved and remain in tact... or is there another way to save them?

I use a jump list in my maps with which I can navigate to key sections of the map with just one click. I'm wondering if there is a way to set up a keyboard shortcut which will take me to a specific node (top of the jump list)?

Freeplane is a great app! I've been using it for several years, but have not been aware of and have not been able to find the functionality shown in this video I stumbled upon a few days ago. At 18 secs you'll see a section appear at the bottom of the app window which looks like a set of tabs/links to other maps open in the app, or possibly unopened in the directory. https://youtu.be/UC5jFaXqUrA?t=15 Can anyone tell me how I can display this feature? Thank you Alexandre. This is helpful. It would be really nice to have a drop down on the back and forward buttons on the toolbar showing the last 30 or so nodes visited. But all in all, FP is a great app!
