Finally got it working again. I had to factory reset my computer and reinstall. :/

right... I understand now that I need to allow those permissions but I can't do anything in the app because it won't open. I can't even uninstall it. I did install it again from the website and it asked if I wanted to replace or make a new one and I said replace. That still didn't work. All of a sudden my KJV PBS won't open fully... it asked me if i would allow it to access documents (it's never asked that before so I pushed don't allow). Now it looks like the attached picture... but I can't get past that image to the actual program... Also... i tried to submit a ticket but I get this "forbidden" message. What should I do? i use this program ALL THE TIME!
