I tried with many versions of binkw32 and nothing changed, I came to the conclusion that I need to try adding a few seconds of silence to the files. Only I need to find a program that will do this automatically on multiple audio files. After doing this, I will convert everything back to .bik for the game.
In the phrase "splendido sposo" the cut occurs in the middle of the final O, this means that each audio file is played cutting the last letter of each phrase in half. So during gameplay, you often hear interrupted voices.
I tried a different player and I could hear it without cuts, but with rad video tools I hear it cut. Now I tried to click on advanced play on rad video tools and I discovered that if I set Xaudio multichannel in the sound out section, I hear the complete file, but if I set directsound instead, it sounds cut.

The english version of the files i got from my original pc copy of the game on CD, while the italian Xbox version i downloaded from archive to get the language files. In the Xbox version the files are .wma, I converted them to .bik with Rad Video Tools, but I didn't change any settings within the program during the conversion.

I modified the exe following the guide on pcgamingwiki to unlock the fps, then on time stretching I selected :1.5, in this way the audio is not interrupted at the end, but it freezes for a few moments and resumes. All the audio files in the game, from music to voice acting, are all in .bik format, so no video, just audio. However, it's not a problem with the unlocked fps, because I tried listening to the audio with the original exe and the same thing happens.
