My ipod is not Charging. I bought an ipod Charger and but not working. Then I took support from ipod support and they took away my ipod 7 days ago. What should I do now ?

IPad now a days its a most useable device in the market for us, which is have video call, text , application, sound clearrity and else. in that case we have any kind of issue facing in those device, then we will go Ipad Spport for our help purpose, its has also an sensitive device, so we have to careful about usse of the device, and support have been very much supportive as per the exprience.
