Hi @Gunter, and thanks for your reply. I eventually made a workaround on a patched version of docutils here: https://github.com/ioggstream/docutils/commit/4a8f9277e1ff1c5929a7b9b42d828a5c14e806b9 What is needed for that to be supported into docutils?
