Rony, Thank you for the suggestion. That worked, I uninstalled and reinstalled unchecking the Screen Capture Protection and that allowed me to see the window remotely. I hope this thread can help someone else. Thanks again.

I have a user that I support remotely, and I want her to start using Password Safe to store passwords. I have installed the latest 3.66.xx version on her computer and when I open it, she sees the screen to create the first database, but remotely using Logmein, and N-Able's Take Control, I can see her entire screen except for the Password Safe window. Is there a setting or something new that doesn't allow a remote user to see Password Safe Window? I had the end user restart her computer and still...
