Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to add public_log entries on tickets via CSVImport, an how. I'm able to import one entry with this template: Ref,Public log I-000344,blabla bla But if i try to import two or more lines of the same ticket, only the last public log entry keeps on the ticket. I know i could do this using RESTJSON services, but i need to know if this is possible with CSVImport. Regards.
