I have found the rtlamr option on kismet, sadly, even after waiting some time, nothing seems to be displayed; let me know if you can think of something to try (docs seems to indicate 915Mhz is the default) Maybe you can give me some advice on how to find the freq, set the gain, etc; because I'm not seeing anything; and there are probably 50 smart meters within a 25 meters radius. This is my meter's fcc id: https://fccid.io/R7PEG1R1S2

Yep, it's the smart meter tool, I have one of those for electricity (and water perhaps, I'm not sure about that) and I'd like to read the payload, I know it's "around" 915Mhz, I've tried using kismet on R31, but I haven't noticed the rtlamr-0 interface, just the rtlsdr one; so I'm not sure how you have used this in kismet. Command line one would be nice to have in addition to the kismet option (which I couldn't find/activate on R31) On Wed, Dec 20, 2023 at 7:30 PM Cemaxecuter cemaxecuter@users.sourceforge.net...

For odd reasons, I have not yet managed to get the Airspy HF+ "Discovery" to operate on sigdigger (sadly), works fine on gqrx, if you have any pointers...

Indeed fldigi looks good and supports pulseaudio, it has this "old school" look which makes it great. I haven't figured out how it can set the frequency using gqrx's remote control, let me know if you get to that. Setup details there: https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/groupsioattachments/5195/6028665/35167/0?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAJECNKOVMCCU3ATNQ&Expires=1602168684&Signature=%2BhD6gCH1Dhz1c%2B%2BgWXIac%2BaKHsA%3D&response-content-disposition=inline%3B+filename%3D%22gqrx-fldigi-linux.pdf%22

When I was a kid, my grandpa bought a black and white TV, of course he didn't know how to set it up, so I was tasked to do that, I must have been 7 years old. At the time, we used little plastic screwdrivers to adjust a potentiometer to find the right channels on the TV set. A few years later he upgraded to a color TV, this one was simply amazing, it could scan until it finds a channel automatically, then set it to a "memory" (the tv remote was actually wired to the tv itself), only later they had...

No problem, I was wondering if that'd be easier than updating the iso, yes I understand dependencies can make things difficult; at some point we'll need a way, because some packages, such as SDRangel are constantly updated.

have you considered adding a package server to update radio packages without having to reinstall?

About sound I just needed to increase "VGA", what does it mean?

No prob, reattaching the screenshot for others. I'm now able to add the AM module, great, but lastly, I don't hear the sound (works fine in other apps, or system sound), do you have any pointers for that? I checked preferences->audio, I clicked on a few things, to no avail.

The version of SDRAngel supplied with DragonOS_Focal_PublicR2.iso is missing widgets to add channels, please see screenshot attached.
