Thanks for reporting this. Concerning the first issue, what version of Windows are you using? It looks like you might need to update your GPU drivers to the most recent ones. Concerning the second issue, it seems the problem is that yt-dlp needs to be updated in the Windows installer version. I'll be able to rebuild the installer tomorrow I hope. Please try Windows Update and/or get any new GPU / graphics card drivers from the manufacturer's website. If this doesn't work then it should work with...

The Github repository has been updated with a new version (4.9.10), please check it out and see if it's still crashing. I've tested your URL and the videos downloaded successfully. The new version is not yet available as a Windows installer, but you can launch it from the Python source code.
