solved. just had to uncheck "only if text is in capital letters" on settings fix tab. thanks

Hello. one problem . when "Text before colon (:)" is checked and "only if text is in capital letters" is unchecked, it dectects the lines for example "Donna: If there’s ever a good time to be alive" but when i apply fix it wont delect the "Donna:". i would like that the outcome frase would be like "If there’s ever a good time to be alive" and it would remove the "Donna:". Am i missing something or is just an app problem? Thanks.

for the problem of prohibited characters is solved. "♪" its not replaced with "?" anymore thanks.

Hello. I’m using subtitle workshop 6.3.1 and it works great. But there is a bug in program. When I go to information and errors then choose settings then advanced and go to prohibited characters I write this character in the box “ ♪ “ it dectects and correct all symbols and delects text inside that symbols has expected. It just works great. But if I close the app and reopen it changes the musical symbol to “?” Symbol. And if I apply fix error it delects all “?” In the text file that I don’t want....
