Hi Srinivas, Thank you for your reply! However, I'm not sure if I understand you fully - would you be able to clarify how I could use one design matrix with 5 sessions please? Would I have five copies of the same overall design matrix in a folder, so that I can select one for each session when it comes to temporal sorting? I've shared the parameter_info.mat and a SPM.mat in case they are helpful. Thank you so much!

Hi there, I've recently run ICA with 30 participants, each with 5 runs of the same task. I selected 'Yes' to the question 'Are session folders inside subject folders?' as I've set up my folders this way (e.g., P001 -> Run 1, Run 2, Run 3, Run 4, Run 5; P002 -> Run 1... etc). However, in terms of SPM analysis, I analysed the task by putting all 5 runs into one design matrix. This is causing problems with the temporal sorting of components, as technically I need five session-specific SPM.mat per subject;...
