KeePass has no general problems under Windows 11 25H2. It runs here since 2 weeks without problems. Windows 11 Home Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.6901) KeePass 2.59

What has KeePass to do with your TeamViewer patch managemnt. If there is a problem with this process, report it to the TeamViewer support.

The reason is simple, it's wasting time to discuss a non existend problem for most users. Don't tell me that you doing that type of database modifikation a lot every day. You have to live with the current behaviour or change to another password manager.
You may have set a keyfile and/or using the Windows account in addition to your password. Look in the settings of your old computer.
There is no such problem here, after updating to the newest KeePass version. Firefox is my default browser and this was honored with the previous KeePass version and also after updating to the actual 2.59.
