Use a plugin like KPSimpleBackup. This will automatically save the database after you made changes.
It's a false positie. Also the 2 scanners shown in your link are not from the list anyone should be concerned.
I have read the very long detailed description of the KeePassProtectedStore. I don't see any benefit compared to using a good long password and the KeePassQuickUnlock plugin. The risk of loosing access to my database is much to high and is not compensated by any higher secutity. I don't need Auto-Login just to avoid typing my full password once a day. My setup allows me a successfull usage on any Computer in any scenario using KeePass and its database on an USB stick and backups on several locations....
