I just discovered that you can remove all keys from the registry that contain "caldav" (take care if you have another software installed, with a name that also contains "caldav"!). After you do this, and after you delete the directory (which should be under program files (86), on c:/) then you should be clean - in case the normal uninstaller does not work... At least in my case, there is no "uninstall" option in the windows system!

I have the same problem (OL 2007 on Win 7). But after updating from a version 2.18 that worked fine, to the version 4.1... I would need to uninstall it, but I cannot. Asked about uninstalling it, but got no reply yet, nor is anywhere in the web a description of how to uninstall manually.
