Hello, have exactly the same problem. I am runnig the MetaWatt on a multi-core system with sufficient memory. I cheched - the single mafft module disttbfast is running on a single core, while 128 is available. The module is using currently about 360GB of RAM and for a moment running for 20 hours. Does anybody solved the problem? Thanks.

I've just start using the MetaWatt. I had a similar issue recently - in fully automated mode the pipeline does not work as suppose. What helped - is a runnig of every individual module manually, step by step
