disable swipe gestures when using (color invert) filters, as the filters aren't applied to the animation

Annoying that they don't apply the inversion filters to the animation. Unfortunately, these animations are implemented by Apple and we have no control over them. (They aren't even public). The only way we can fix this is by not enabling these animations. Unfortunately, that comes with a bug in page navigation (not ours, but Apple's). Apple really makes it almost impossible to make PDFKit work.

I put a test version with some more accessibility at https://skim-app.sourceforge.io/Skim.zip. Could you download this and try ot to see if this fixes the issue?

I placed a new test version at the same link, with some more aggressive removal of popup bubbles. Can you try it out?
