    As far as I understand, the parameter "phone" on outgoing calls is the number of the callee (=the one who is called). Right? If so, how do I set the caller (the one who initiated the call)? It should be set to a parameter (=internal CID) of the one who is logged in and clicks on dial. Which (additional) parameters are supported? Where can I see them?

    get the error when mail-to-ticket tries to add a new person. Mail to ticket is Version 3.6 Works after manually editing the two files ev-production/itop-standard-email-synchro/model.itop-standard-email-synchro.php and extensions/combodo-email-alias/datamodel.combodo-email-alias.xml But it seems that after running setup again, the error is back.

    In iTop3 it is possible to see all together: - private and public log, - status changes and - notifications. How can I manage to set the above as default so that I don't have to click every time? How can I set that the private Log is opened/selected by default - not the public log?

    New CTI-Modul works so far. But: We have saved all telephone numbers of our contacts with some spaces for better reading. Therefor, no contacts are found by the CTI-module. Would be nice if CTI could ignore white spaces - and maybe some other characters like prefixes too.

    I got the above error for every mail which got an attachement if I process them via IMAP. Via Pop it works. What causes this error? What can I do to repair?

    We use 2FA-Addon from JBostoen. So our login-screen has an additional field called "Enter the two factor code (if required)". Do you think it would be possible to integrate this into your mobile view too?

    Is it possible to generate a report with all tickets and the times spent in it on a per customer basis (for billing purposes)? The existing reports for example don't show the Ticket-Title and it is not possible to customize the table in a way so that one can see this or similar details from the ticket. It only shows something like "User Request XXX". But our customer doesn't know which number his request gets in our ticket-system.

    When I go to time tracking report I see a (long) table with all contacts that are stored in our system above the report and the graphics. Is it possible to supress this table? I don't need it and I don't like it to scroll down everytime. Even when I use the filter on top of the page and select one organistation for example I always see all contacts from all organisations.

    Is it possible (by trigger or something else) to set a timeout for the status "pending" after that the status changes back to something else - or to send an email? We often set tickets in status pending and would like to have the possibility to set a time for which this status should be pending and after this time it should fall back to the status before. Is this possible?
