I very much support the call for a Microsoft Store release. It's the most convenient way to install tools like this and keep them up-to-date. The Desktop App Converter should allow publishing to the Store with only minor (if any) adjustements. I'd also be fine with the Store version costing a small fee to make the extra work of publishing to the Store worthwhile, while still offering the free version for manual download. (paint.net does this, for example.)
