This is going to be called Haveno App. Please describe an expectation of why the using the word "Plus" has been reasonably considered to have enough significance to raise as an issue. Otherwise we will close this ticket.

This is a known issue but thank you for raising it, it's likely something to do with the completity of giving the app permissions to control its own services () which was only tested on Windows 10. I will adapt this for Windows 11, this will be branched added soonish. In the meantime I recommend using at minimum using a Linux machine, there is better integration for Linux currently.
