Set Tab Order dialog not displaying in Delphi 7

Serveral times this bug has been reported here on sourceforge and github. Volt supplied a fix a while ago. When will that fix be applied? https://github.com/jojobear99/PopTrayU/issues/36#issuecomment-249405638
