Docutils: Documentation Utilities
Our production site was down because of this on a sunday. Please fix ASAP... Another library that we use requires docutils and they probably put it in requirements.txt as "docutils" or "docutils==0.x". So when our servers autoscaled today they started with docutils 0.15 and failed all requests.
