    Please excuse my non-answer from so long ago. UIChat 1.07 (the command line version which depends upon AX25 being installed in Linux) is now on github as well as here. UIChat 2.x is now sadly lost due to a source code mishap. I find myself wanting a UI to coexist with an APRX sytem, so I may actually extend 1.07 to include MQTT and a web interface in order to link them all together.     Since it's a socket, any language will do from the outside. Thanks for that. It's not clear by the example what exactly happens once a new position is sent via the socket. As there is no meta-data associated with the upload of the position, it suffers in usefulness. Or did I miss something? Look for another post to suggest an alternative solution to this use case.
