Hi, I'v tried to restore Itop Database automatically by clicking on "RESTORE" button, but once clicked it gets freeze and nothing happen. After a while like 24 hours, y close de window and now im not able to open de GUI any more. The error is : "iTop: An error occurred, check server error log for more information." How can I restore my itop backup?

After I changed the delete Policy to "delete" and ran the Synchro Data source for PCs, Im unavailable to import the PCs again, even though i reset the Synchro Data to "ignore" the overview computer number shows the total computer 275, but when click on it the real computer number is zero. Currently I created 2 news pc to manualy so the shared screenshot shows 277. What can I do to import again the 275 PCs? Please see the attached screnshots
