I have a requirement to convert XML or JSON to Cobol Copybook, really appreciate if you could let me the steps or provide sample java code that used for CSV to Copybook.

You can follow/down load the CSV2COBOL and XML2COBOL source code from this source forge which was written by Bruce martin. In that you can find few examples with different combinations.
Take the source code which is required for this to your project and alos JRecord and XML related library dependency is required.
I just followed this way to convert from CSV to COBOL by using Copy Book.
