Hi all Related to an earlier post of mine. I've now created a brand new (smaller) container into which I have put a pdf and an Excel file. FWIW the container is stored on a Linux box and accessed from Windows 11. I can mount the container and do whatever I need but if I leave it mounted and come back to it an hour or so later - and then close down all apps that were using it (acrobat, explorer etc) and even wait for a few minutes - I' still get the error that I can't unmount it because something...

Hi I've been using Veracrypt (exFAT container file is hosted on a Linux box but the majority of the files are from Windows) for many years and it works very well. Recently, and I don't think I've made any changes that would affect it, I'm having problems saving files after a period of inactivity.
