I think you're good to close unelss you want that patched attached to this ticket. I am happy to submit it if loqs doesn't want to/is too busy.

I think you're right about the similarity ... I am not knowledgable enough to craft a patch to modify the behavior. Is this something you feel is unrelated to your source?
