The Witech instrument that I use saves the data in a single project .wip format including multiple scans which I can not open in Gwyddion. The only way I have found is to convert the original data in Witech software to .png and open the .png file in gwyddion which doesn't give me the real height data. Would you please help me find a way to be able to open the original .wip file in gwyddion?
