Hi, We're currently using an external credt card machine. The issue I'm having is staff will put the card payment through as cash as they are automatically hitting the tick button when going into the payment screen. This isn't a major issue at the minute, but we are looking to get a card system connected to Unicenta and I don't want to have to edit the sale continually to fix the errors. Is there a way to stop the amount given defaulting in the payment screen under cash? Ie so the tick isn't enabled...

Hi Guy's, I'm currently running unicenta 3.81 with an Embedded Derby database. I have set up a trial version of 4.4.2 and 4.5.4 on different machines. Both of these work perfectly and connect to Mysql (5.7). They create the new basic database and I am able to start Unicenta and use it. I have set the max_allowed_path in Mysql. When I try to import my database from 3.81, I get duplicate errors when importing the closed cash report. I have attached a picture with the error. In order to test the setting's,...

Hi Ricko, Thanks for answering. I originally installed mysql 8, but Unicenta won't connect to this (shows a connection error when tesing the database setup). I then nstalled Mysql version 5.7.24 and that was installed when the attached screenshots were taken. As Andrew says, it installs version 8 of the workbench. I have a second system, which I have installed mysql version 5.7.24 and workbench 6.3.8 on, (this was the version used on the Unicenta youtube video). This shows the same duplicate error...

Hi, I am currently using Unicenta version 3.81 and would like to upgrade to 4.42. 3.81 is runninng as a local Derby database. I've installed mysql and Unicenta version 4.42, which connect and loads the default database. I have then tried to import the database from 3.81 in to 4.42, using the built in database import tool. It correctly identifies the database as 3.81, but when it starts the import, it gives an error at close cash. After this, it still shows transferring, but nothing happen's. I've...
