I tried clonezilla-live-2.8.1-12-amd64 and it works.
I have a Windows 10 machine, 64-bit, UEFI NOT enabled. I have been using clonezilla-live-2.6.5-21-amd64 on a flash drive for a while, and decided to update it. I downloaded clonezilla-live-2.8.0-27-amd64, cleared the flash drive, and installed that version on the empty flash drive. When I ran makeboot64.bat, it said it needed a FAT32 or NTFS file system.
