This topic mainly dedicated to Project Maintainers. With the latest update there is a misunderstanding appeared when visiting https://sourceforge.net/projects/keepass/files/Translations%202.x/2.51/ - now it contains two Russian translations named KeePass-2.51-Russian.zip and KeePass-2.51-Russian-b.zip. In fact the most recent is KeePass-2.51-Russian-b.zip and taking into account the author is the same - I really think KeePass-2.51-Russian.zip should be removed as obsolete one.
