Disregard.

I have only used a Raspberry Pi on a couple of projects in the past. I am at a loss at why I can not get a basic install to take hold. On a Windows system, I have installed Win32 Disk Imager, Putty, and the prolific driver. I placed a micro SD card into a USB port and wrote raspbx-10-10-2020.img to it. It is successful. Nothing after this works. I place the SD card into a Raspberry Pi 3 B+. I power it up. The red light comes on and the green flashes for a minute or so. I attach a USB programming...
