Env: Win 7 updated yesterday TeXStudio: 2.12.2, 2.12.4, 2.12.6 both installer and portable I had working 2.12.2 installation, but since yesterday's windows update, zlib1.dll ver 1.2.8.0 in TeXStudio directory does not load any longer and application fails to start with the above message. I tried updating with all the above versions but zlib1 is the same and the problem didn't change. (Texmaker 4.5 started having the very same problem). Downloaded and substituted zlib1.dll with versions from http://www.dlldownloader.com/zlib1-dll/...
