ServiceNow Data Mart Loader
The SOAP Web Services API always returns datetime fields in GMT since this is how they are stored internally in ServiceNow. To ensure consistency and prevent possible bugs you should set the timezone to GMT for the Web Services user account in ServiceNow (sys_user). In your SQL database you should store your datetime fields in GMT. Use a database function to convert them to local time. The method varies by the type of database. For MySQL use "SET TIME_ZONE". For Oracle use "ALTER SESSION".
