Hello, This tool is basically used to tweak settings and nothing more, otherwise it could violate the Workstation integrity. However what you can do - is to extract BIOS using this tool and edit BIOS file with "phoenix bios editor". Afterwards you can attach edited bios file to your VM. BTW: Could you clarify which OS you are running Workstation on?
