I am finding that my PeppermintOS decides to hang on me after a brief period while using it along with its Chromium browser. When that happens, I have no further control of the app even though I can operate the mouse. Clicking on anything shown on the monitor just doesn't perform anything via the clicked-on icon. I have had to shut down the computer manually by switching off and this is something that I was once told was NOT A GOOD WAY TO EXIT !! Is there a GOOD way to exit from a hang situation...

Hello, dear Friends, Some progress is being made - even with my learn-by-doing method. The youtube video creates a wired Ethernet connection which is not what I hope to get for PeppermintOS. The attachment shows that I have created the beginnings of a WiFi connection which is how I hope to connect to the Internet using my AIS Pocket WiFi. As a PeppermintOS newbie (although an elder chap), I would like to obtain a hard copy of the contents of what Thunar presents via an online visit to the Internet. Is that a possibility?
