Hi, I've just been getting familiar with the code for HammerDB so that I can implement a bit of testing on my own database relations, and had been musing over why there were so many files in ~/HammerDB-3.0/src/mysql. I realised that there was a 'rouge' prefix of 'my' that had arrived in there. I checked the Windows installer as well as the Linux installer, and both have these extra files so I think that they must have inadvertently been included from a previous test build before the source was finalised...

So, the installer is being allowed to run now. Great. Sadly Avast is now detecting 'FileRepMalware' in the Kile.exe file, and no sooner does the 'let's check out the system' dialog appear than it is whisked away and thrown in the virus chest. As I type this a popup has just informed me that the installer has been quarentined once more for the same reason. Well, that was short lived. :( Kind regards, Geoff

Hi, I'm a long time user of Kile on Linux, but I spotted that there was a beta version for Windows available just after new year, so I thought I'd try it out. However, I've yet to get it to install: Avast virus scanner is convinced that the distribution file is a threat containing 'FileRepMalware'. I have checked that the sha256sum is correct once downloaded, and reported it as a false positive upon two previous occasions. I have just gone through the process once more, but I get no response from...
