+1 (windows version)
+1 (windows version) Some zoom and/or font size option would be nice, otherwise have to use stdu viewer instead if text too small or eyesight too bad.

At the very least they should add it like mkvmerge has it - where you manually create jobs, add each to queue one after another and then start it. It's annoying to archive a few or one at a time.

If you are trying to create 2+ archives with high compression at the same time, it will give you an 'out of memory' error. It would be nice to have an 'add to queue' button in the archive creation window - with all the selected settings/password/etc, kinda like you can do in mkvmerge.

Add an option to for each file: overwrite (same name as source).(source or any other extension) files if they are larger in the target folders, or to not copy over at all - if they are smaller in the target folder structure.
adding files to an existing 7z archive isn't compressing them with the same rate/settings as the archive :/
[request] Whenever you are trying to open a password-protected archive, 7-zip won't create a taskbar link to it, so if you alt-tab to other windows or you've opened more than one session of password inquiry, you'd then have to "dig for it". currently you'd usually notice only when: alt-tab selection shows it on the list of windows (but it's easy to miss if you're having lots of windows open). the archive doesn't allow you to be edited.
