Hi all, I am trying to extract the time-series for all the ROIs for whole-brain.. I have performed following steps: 1. Using the GUI, set design - SPM.mat file (for 1 subject) 2. Data - Extract ROI data (full options) - selected 246 ROIs 3. Scale grand mean - 0 4.
