so I reinstalled it and nothing happened im going to clean install it. Dont know about codec or any other software as i can use the camera in the rest of apps. how can i block obs camera or droid cam just to try

So im using a webcam logitech c170 or the program DROID CAM that allows you to use the camera of the phone. When i run the program the camera won´t show on the left and if i click on options in face API it says it is terminated could somebody help me??
