You can download the correct dll from a link on the page I gave a link to, if you put that in the Dream folder than that should work ok. Even if you follow precisely all the steps I gave in my previous post it still won't work? The only thing I experienced problems with in the past is in W10 sound settings the option to allow applications to take exclusive control of this device, I would uncheck that and reboot/reload and see if that helps.

I was wondering why you don't reply to my posts but I think I figured it out, it's probably because I misread that you owned a KiwiSDR instead of listening to one over the internet. It would have been nice for both of us if you corrected my mistake so I could help you the right way, anyway the link I gave you still stands because it has the right way to setup the virtual audio cable and has the link to the correct dll. I tryed and succeeded in decoding including audio with Dream via a web based KiwiSDR...

Hi, Did you take a look at the link I gave in the other thread you started: https://www.rtl-sdr.com/tutorial-drm-radio-using-rtl-sdr/ This is not only to setup RTL dongles but also for other SDRs, it also has a link to the correct dll. I have a SDRplay RSPduo and following this tutorial got it working for me. You also can have a look at the sounds and recording tab if the meter of the virtual audio cable shows an audio signal.
