Consistent Error in ChangeFPS

I wouldn't put it that strongly, but the installer is definitely broken. If I had to guess, I think it's hanging on receiving an unexpected Let's Encrypt certificate from Sourceforce, and then crashing (either with an error or without, it seems to be random). No successful installs after 5 tries with different versions and settings. Hmm, I'm also getting a lot of timeouts simply browsing Sourceforce. It's probably long past time to abandon the dying platform.

CFF Explorer is great, but not nearly smart enough to determine actual versions....
