I must be blind not finding the info I need lol. Anyway I found something strange in the syncronization list: Attachet 2 pictures. I don't know what to make of it and how to get rid of it. In the list for the server something called Organization comes in.

Hi thank you for getting back to me. I can't find something wrong. It has been running for at least a year without any issues. I do syncro_import. The error started to show on the 1st of june. I can only see on the syncronization history error with the time. It would be helpful to have a link to the error and what it is about. Is there a place to have more info about the error in the system or activate a debug to be able to trace it? Best Regards

Hi My Itop in production was running perfectly until the 1st of june. The synchro_import.php for datasource 23 stop working and throwing errors. It is servers importing. On the test server it is still working without any issues. same import file. We didn't do any changes on the servers.
