Mount volumes as removable media - access denied (only on 2019 Server) for non-Administrators

Please test "Mount volumes as removable media" for the ntfs encrypted file container . All is OK in Win7, Win10, Server 2008 ... But problem is in the Windows Server 2019 - only build-in Administrator can access VeraCrypt file container mounted as removable media. Location is not available. ..:\ is not accessible Access is denied. No way to access for non-Administrative users. Please help to find the solution for access for all users (not only for admins) Thanks
