Yes it does and I tried to lower it and 3.5 seconds still works, but lower is giving the problems. (With the "DSD processor checkbox" enabled, a buffer as low as 250ms was working already) Edit : for 192pcms I had to make the buffer >10 seconds as you said, so you were right.

Upon further testing, I noticed something strange when playing 24/176.4 tracks : The DAC is constantly switching between DSD 2.8 Native, DSD 5.6 Native and PCM 176.4kHz making playback of such tracks impossible. Edit : And same happens with 352.8 tracks : DAC is constantly switching between DSD 5.6 Native, DSD 11.2 Native and PCM 352.8kHz Same with 192 and 384 tracks : switching between PCM 96/192 and DSD 6.1/12.2/24.596/192?? (This is with DSD Processor checkbox disabled)

You nailed it ! All PERFECTLY smooth now. :-) And I just uninstalled the DSD transcoder as it's no longer needed right? The transcoder prevented the qobuz app from working on my pc (qobuz app crashed at start up) so this issue is solved as well now. Great job !

Hi Maxim, I tried both, - the asio DSD - Native is slowing down the gui (when "dsd processor" is enabled; when disabled the gui is okay) - the asio DSD - DOP is okay all the time ! And ... I tried the ASIO - DSD - DOP version in combination with the DSD transcoder and also now the GUI is perfect AND it shows "DSD native" on my DAC. Hope this information is helpful ? P.S. Thanks for all the hard work Maxim.
