Hi there, I'd like to get in touch with the FreeSynd developer, Benoit Blanchard (benblan), via email. However, the email address provided on https://freesynd.sourceforge.io does no longer seem to work (messages sent to that address bounce back as undeliverable). Does anyone have up-to-date contact information? Fonic

Happens for me too with FreeCol 1.1.0, no mods, just playing a regular game on medium difficulty. Here's a savegame that allows reproducing the bug: In Midbay, move 100 Food into the Wagon Train, then end the turn -> new colonist appears, existing colonist starves to death.

I can second that. Happens with 0.96.4 and 0.97.0. Built from source, Gentoo Linux, x64. The patch modifies source file GUI/p7zipForFilemanager (as mentioned in the description and also within the patch file itself).
That is just a fork of someone based on the old code base. The author of 7-Zip (which p7zip was based on) recently added native Linux support, so that's what I'll be going with.

[Fix] Errors when trying to compress single item via file manager on Linux
Upstream 7-Zip is getting Linux support, thus it would probably make more sense to fuzz upstream sources instead of the old and unmaintained p7zip sources.
