In case anybody else is looking for the changes between the first 1.4.6 and the second 1.4.6, here it is.
By the way, I would highly recommend that you bump the version number next time. I packaged the original 1.4.6 release in Debian (which then made it to Ubuntu) but never noticed that there was a "new release" available since the latest version is still showing up as 1.4.6 and I have packaged that one. Had it been bumped it to 1.4.6.1 after that minor fix, I would have noticed and Ubuntu LTS would not be stuck with that problem. I will add a patch to the Debian package, but I'd say it would still...
Bashism in rkhunter 1.4.6
Duplicate ALLOWPROMISCIF in the config file throws an error
rhkunter interprets mixed-case directive incorrectly in configuration file(s)
"Found preloaded shared library" test not understanding comments
lockfiles don't get cleaned up at reboot
Here's the patch I applied to the Debian package to fix this problem.
